Lots of activities at the SRF yard.
In recent weeks, there’s been a lot going on at the SRF yard. Several deliveries have taken place, including newbuild vessels, houseboats, and refits.
Hoogaars ‘Nehalennia’
In May, the super Hoogaars Nehalennia was delivered to her owner. Built to a design by Olivier van Meer and fully customized to the client’s wishes, this Hoogaars is truly one of a kind! At the moment, Nehalennia is sailing the Irish Sea en route to Scotland. In July, she will be cruising around Scotland and England, after which she will make an appearance at Sail Amsterdam. SRF will then have the honor of presenting her at the Hiswa te Water boat show!
Houseboat ‘Colibri’
Also in May, we delivered the Colibri, a non-sailing houseboat that is now moored at her permanent berth in Amsterdam. The conversion of old cargo vessels and luxury motor barges into houseboats is a specialty of SRF Shipbuilding. Cruising Home Explorer ‘Wally’
Recently, we carried out a facelift and full maintenance service on the CH Explorer 1250 Wally for Cruising Home. Wally was transformed from a dark green finish to a sleek high-gloss light grey. In addition, the main engine, generator, wastewater treatment system, and watermaker all received their annual service. Wally is now once again enjoying a fantastic cruising season on the Frisian lakes and the Wadden Sea.

25m River Cruiser
This week, the stunning custom-built 25-meter River Cruiser returned from yacht painters Multiship Holland. Multiship blasted and coated the hull, then applied a paint system from International in anthracite and metallic silver, accented with bright orange details. In the coming months, we will continue the build of this unique and exclusive yacht. Delivery is scheduled for mid-2026, after which she will cruise the Canal du Midi and the Mediterranean coast.

Hiswa te Water boatshow
SRF Shipbuilding will be present at the Hiswa te Water boat show in Lelystad from September 3 – 7, 2025. We will proudly showcase the Hoogaars Nehalennia and the SRF Luxury Cruiser Sempre Libera.
